We want you to love every piece you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 working days after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
