Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
